3. Your data & generated leads
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for how you use leads in your outreach. You must comply with applicable laws (including anti-spam and privacy regulations) when contacting prospects.
4. Use of generated leads by Taghoy
You acknowledge and agree that all leads generated, discovered, imported, or stored through LeadFlow AI may be used by Taghoy for marketing, product improvement, analytics, research, and other business purposes, subject to Taghoy's sole discretion. This may include aggregated or de-identified use of lead and usage data.
5. Account security
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Limitation
LeadFlow AI is provided "as is." Taghoy does not guarantee lead accuracy, response rates, or business outcomes.
